➖Hands On➖ If you only want upper body, if you only want lower body! If you want more time on your neck, back, toes! (Don’t actually ask me for that🫣🤢)
I will always talk to you about a game plan before the session, but you’ve gotta tell me what you want!

➖Relaxing / Not super relaxing ➖ While I do a lot of deep tissue and sports type massage, I can also do a nice relaxing spa esq session!

➖Time➖ I offer 30/60/90 minute hands on sessions. Most spas you’ll book a 90 minute session but you’re only actually getting 80 minutes ‘hands on’ time. This is actually one of my irrational fears, that someone is going to get mad at me bc they only got 88 minutes instead of 90.
The only exception to this is, you HAVE to be on time, if you want your full hands on time! EXAMPLE: if your appt is at 10:30, your 60 minutes starts at 10:30. Showing up at 10:30 is cutting into your hands on time!

The key factor in all of these is, YOU HAVE TO SPEAK UP! I cannot read minds!
I swear it doesn’t hurt my feelings. What hurts my feelings is when people leave & say “I wish she would have gone deeper, or I wanted a more relaxing massage” LIKE BRUH DID YOU TELL ME THAT!?

Now that I’ve actually had 4 seconds to sit down and reflect on this last week.

This was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken.
I’ve lowkey been feeling kind of stuck with work. Not unhappy, just wanting to grow, but didn’t know which way. This class was PERFECT!

Fiji Massages!

After an 11 hour flight to Fiji, we went straight to the Sabeto Mud pools & Hot springs!

You go through 5 different hot spring pools, that got hotter & hotter as you washed the mud off.

Then an hour massage! I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone work my calves the way they did.
