Same building, in separate rooms, two licensed massage therapists, and a fully customized session for each person.

Couple’s massage is perfect for date nights, anniversaries, best friends, self care days, or anyone who wants to relax together while still receiving individualized care.

This small massage roller has been a game changer for me! It can get into those smaller spots that are hard to foam roll like the traps, rhomboids - between the spine and scapula, and occipitals and scm - neck muscles.

It’s small/light enough that I bring it on hikes with me for when my hip and knee start to act up. I use this for about 5min and I’m good to run down the mountain!
