Create the habit, JUST DO IT✔️

Let’s talk about healthy scalp and hair. This is 7 week grow out. Do you check the underneath??? This is just as important as the top if not more! So much can happen on the flip side. I have seen juicy bulbs all along the flip side before. And that should’ve addressed.

The second picture is all the shed from this one row. If you are losing more hair than this 🚩 it should be addressed.

Last the reinstall, when flipped it should move easily and not pull or tug. The scalp shouldn’t change colors not white or red. And it should feel comfortable from day 1.

The mind is our most powerful muscle. If it isn’t healthy we can’t be. Make sure to check in with yourself daily and make choices that are healthy and good. Not from fight or flight. If you are constantly in fight or flight please get help and find your pathway to joy! Life is ment to be joyful, even in the trials. We can learn compassion and love if we allow ourselves to.

From the moment it’s installed to the time you comeback it should be seamless, comfortable and invisible. I check all my rows for every little hair and how I can make sure it stays this good every time.

I see it daily. Excuses for not getting the work done. It doesn’t hold me back, but it does hold you back. Don’t look at others and wish to be like them. Put in the hard work. Be comfortable being uncomfortable and make 2026 the year you change yourself and your excuses. The only one who can get you where you want to be is you!

Make 2026 your year and don’t just set goals, create a plan of how to achieve those goals. Because a goal without a plan is just a dream or a wish.

For a grow out this seamless, you have to start with the right foundation.

From the very first hair to the very last hair they all need to be in place from the start. Sectioning and beadwork take the most time for me. But because I set the foundation precisely the rest of the row builds quickly. So you can have the healthiest and most comfortable rows for 7 weeks (or longer)

We all have BELIEFS. Those BELIEFS set up our lives. Do you BELIEVE that they can change? The mind is a power house start BELIEVING in your ability to do, and you’ll start to see how to get it done.

BELIEVE you can change and make it happen.

Just show up and get started. Don’t look at the full course. Don’t let yourself get overwhelmed before you even get started. Good education allows for breaking things down into chunks that make it easier. Trust the process and allow yourself the joy of learning. Mistakes are opportunities, not good enough is an opportunity, stress and anxiety are opportunities. Prove to yourself that even all those things will happen for your benefit. That’s how you grow and become even more.

So, Just show up and get start!

The flip up with this grow out. This doesn’t happen by chance. It all started with hours of education and practice. it’s all about the details. From start to finish to 8 weeks later. No retouching on these pictures. Raw and unfiltered. I still see my mistakes and areas I don’t love. But her hair and scalp are healthy and thriving.

Happy Saturday!! Learning something new is not easy. Especially when you knew something to be good and then find something different and have to break old habits. Let’s be intentional. Let’s start, suck and get better. Just keep going because the end result is always better!! You can’t grow if you stay comfortable.
