So they is a mix of starting with Wella and then a top coat of pulp riot… the ends just didn’t deposit the way I needed them to so we added moonstone and Violet with 10v on it and Voila. As much as I try other lines For Vivid Pulp Riot really has the tricks.

I love making Vivids Look like they could be natural colors. This gorgeous girl owns this blue 💙🖤
