When we have a no-show or same day cancellations; we not only lose your business, but we lose out on an opportunity for someone else to have been able book. Please make every effort to show up on-time for your scheduled appointments. Effective immediately, any no call's and/or no show's or same day cancellations under 24 hours to your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee plus the credit card processing fee of $5 on the credit card you used to book your appointment. Those who call in to cancel on the same day are handled on a per case basis as no two situations are alike. Call us. We are reasonable! Lastly, if the card used is declined upon making or authorizing said charges; you will be blocked from being able to make future appointments till the cancellation fee is paid in full. What if emergencies happen? We understand...things just...happen and most situations we encounter in our lives, mutually can sometimes be "out of our control," every situation is different; especially those that are unavoidable & extraordinary circumstances...if an emergency situation should happen due to something outside of your control, we'll work it out with each customer within reason. However, we ask that if you were already sick and had common knowledge of being sick prior to this appointment, we would appreciate that you would contact us within enough time to avoid the cancellation fee before the 24 hour period.
