Time for a Botox Party!!!!!

September 10th
3:30 to 8 pm

Good morning! I wanted to share with you this protein drink I purchased yesterday at Lidl. It has 20 grams of protein with only 5 grams of sugar, and made with almond milk. It tastes pretty good!

Protein should always be included with breakfast. Did you know it helps cut down on late day cravings by controlling hunger.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Also, today the weather looks messy. Be careful out there and we will see you next week.

Congratulations to all of you for taking the steps you need for a healthier life. We are here to help you reach your weight loss goals and so very proud of you!

I don't know about y'all but I am ready for FALL

This could be you!!!! Come try one of our fantastic programs.

Tirzepatide
Semaglutide
Phentermine with B-12 injections

Happy Sunday! Summer is almost over and kids are back in school. It's time to take care of "YOU". Come see us on Monday from 9 to 6 or Tuesday from 3 to 8pm.
