I used to dread mondays, the start of a long work week and always seemed like the longest day….BLEh!

So I took the opportunity since I create my own work schedule to make it MY SELF CARE DAY aka CorynDay lol

I use Mondays to focus on the upcoming week by meditating and rehabilitating myself as far as physically, mentally, emotionally and sometimes spiritually. Also spend quality time with those I love such as family (and my fur children)

Now my mondays are great 😊👍

What are some ways you get inspired for a new week??

This project for sure challenged me. Years of jet black color revealed itself and was fighting me. To put in simple terms, there is a lot of build up on the hair if you have been coloring your hair for years.

Patience, commitment, and lots of hours in the salon could get you to your goals but please be understanding if it isn’t achieved in 1 session. Rome wasn’t built in a day and I prefer to work slow and steady to keep your hair healthy.

With that being said, your hair goals are totally achievable, but let’s do it the right way 🤩

Also, this contrast reminds me of rocky road ice cream for some reason and you know exactly what I did after ? I went and got me some rocky road ice cream to celebrate 🎉🍨
