We are a growing beauty business specializing in eyebrow threading, microblading, and lash & brow lamination. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us grow on TikTok and Instagram.
This is an in-person role — you will come to our location to film real clients, capture transformations, and create engaging beauty content.
🎯 Responsibilities
Film before & after transformations (very important)
Take high-quality photos and videos of clients and services
Create TikTok/Reels (trends, voiceovers, educational clips)
Edit videos (CapCut or similar apps)
Post consistently and manage daily content
Use trending sounds, hooks, and captions
Engage with comments and messages
Suggest creative ideas to attract new clients
✨ What We’re Looking For
Must be local and able to work in person (Santa Ana)
Experience creating beauty content (brows, lashes, skincare is a BIG plus)
Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends
Eye for aesthetics (lighting, angles, clean visuals)
Creative, reliable, and organized
Comfortable directing clients or filming during appointments
💄 Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
Experience growing a beauty account
Knows how to make viral “before/after” or satisfying videos
Can suggest content ideas like:
“POV” videos
Client reactions
Educational brow tips
Trending beauty transformations
💰 Compensation
Hourly: $20–$40 (based on experience)
