Hi there, how are you?

I’m sending a virtual hug from my living room to yours! I’m excited to start connecting on here a little more. I plan to share some of the tools I use in my practice and my life and whatever else seems helpful to support our bodies, nervous systems and well being right now.

If you’ve worked with me or know me well you’ll probably know my love of pure essential oils - specifically DoTERRA - runs deep. This is because I see and experience profound shifts into better feeling states everytime I open a bottle. It feels so important to me now to use every way I know how to cultivate these better feeling states for myself and those I interact with.

I’ve been relying heavily on these plants the last few weeks especially to support my physical body and immune system, to tend to my emotional world and to assist with spiritual connection. To me, that’s where the magic of the oils lies, working on all of our levels to support well being ✨ 🌱

Balance is a grounding blend, smells divine, elevates the feel of any space and especially when applied on pulse points or the bottoms of my feet, brings me out of my head and anchors me in the moment. I often have this diffusing in my office 💆

Serenity is for restful sleep, diffusing before and during sleep or applied on bottoms of feet lulls me into that sweet nourishing rest 😴
