And then comes our favorite part: that final look in the mirror when she gets to see the whole vision together for the first time.✨

After 25+ years and more than 7,000 weddings, I can honestly say I’m still unequivocally, undeniably in love with what we get to do.

I’ve built a TEAM I trust and an experience where our brides, their families, and our artists feel cared for, valued, and genuinely enjoy being part of it.

Along the way, I discovered another passion - mentoring other bridal business owners and sharing what I’ve learned. I’ve never believed in competition. There’s room for all of us.

To me, confidence is continuing to evolve and become the best version of yourself. Arrogance is believing you already are.

After all these years, I’m still learning, still evolving, and still rooted in what matters most: connection, communication, and gratitude.

While everything else is coming together around the venue, there’s an entire rhythm happening inside the bridal suite too - brushes moving, curls setting, final details being perfected, and a team making sure everyone is ready exactly when they need to be.

For our bride, Vanezzy Gutierrez created her makeup while Mar Romero | Bridal Hair + Makeup styled her hair, with Vanessa, Anna, and Karina taking care of the bridal party alongside them.

Three little words we always love hearing on a wedding morning.

But that moment actually starts long before the wedding day.
The bridal trial is where we listen, ask questions, look through inspiration, talk about what she loves (and doesn’t), and begin translating all of those ideas into a look that feels right for her.

It’s where we consider her features, hair, dress, veil, overall wedding aesthetic, and all the little details that help us refine the final direction together.

So when the wedding morning arrives, we’re not starting from scratch.

We already know the plan. We know her preferences. And we have the time to make those final adjustments and bring everything together beautifully.

For this bride, that meant soft, luminous makeup paired with a romantic braided half-up style.

This bride came into her wedding day with a hairstyle we had already worked through together at her trial. But that morning, she realized it wasn’t what she wanted anymore.

She wanted something different - a style we had never actually tried on her before.

And that was completely okay.

Because a bridal trial isn’t a contract with your hairstyle. It’s part of the process of figuring out what makes you feel your most beautiful, and sometimes that process continues all the way into the wedding morning.

So we listened to what she was feeling, talked through what she wanted instead, and made the adjustment with ease.

This is also exactly why experience and a thoughtfully planned beauty timeline matter. There was enough time built into her morning to make a change without creating stress or making her feel rushed. And there was never a moment where she needed to feel bad for speaking up or changing her mind.

Our job isn’t to convince a bride to love what we originally planned.

It’s to listen, adjust, and make sure she leaves our chair feeling completely confident in the look she’s about to walk down the aisle in.
