Between looking for the perfect spot, negotiating a lease, 10 months in permitting and 9 months of building… this was right around a 2 year process.

And it wasn’t always pretty. There were high highs, and low lows. We hit some serious road blocks. If I’m being honest, there were times that I felt like giving up.

Nurse Kelli is joining the team and will preforming all sorts of treatments in the new location!

A little about Kelli:
Her career in medical aesthetics began 15 years ago when she began working as a surgical nurse for the facial plastic surgeons at the University of Michigan. This is where she met her husband, Rey, an Oral Maxillofacial surgeon (OMFS).

She and her family made the move out to CA a couple of years ago. And since then, she’s been honing her skills as an aesthetic provider.

This has been in the works for quite some time. For over 6 months, we’ve been demo-ing with different laser companies and together we’ve been creating the amazing menu of services that she’ll be offering.

This really feels like forever in the making. For years I have been educating my clients about various treatments that could help with their skin concerns - treatments beyond what I could offer them. And now I will have someone that I can send them to that I have full trust in.

And you wont have to go far - she’ll have her very own room inside Taylor Paige Skin! Working alongside each other will allow us to truly integrate both of our approaches to overall skin health.

Were not trying to be another place to get Botox.
Like me, Kelli’s all about the preventative & regenerative approach to skin, and she'll be working with the best equipment on the market to make it all happen! We've got LOTS of fun things in store.

I thought about making a cute reel out of all the 2022 glow ups sitting in my camera roll. But I do not have the energy for that. So instead, Im going to post this pic of the dreamy walkway that leads to Taylor Paige 2.0 💫

This year has been jam-packed!

At the beginning of the year, we signed a lease on our new location. After 9 months waiting for building permits, we finally construction in November and plan to open beginning of March!

In June, we added Ari to the team! And her unique talents have inspired a whole new branch of the menu!

In August, we left the Funk Zone and moved the business into a temporary location. It was no easy feat but I’m grateful weve had a place to call home in the interim. (Plus y’all been really stoked on the parking situation 😄)

One of the best parts of 2022 was watching Kaylee and Ari blossom into amazing aestheticians. They improve each day. Im so proud of them.

I spent lots of early mornings playing catch-up, but I’m so glad I did it. It’s already made a positive impact on every aspect of my life.

There’s also been a loooot of stuff happening behind the scenes. Ive got some seriously big news that I’ll be sharing with you VERY SOON!

2023 is going to be a year full of ‘pinch-me’ moments. Excited is an under statement ✨

Whether you have melasma or sun damage, have a history of melasma/sun damage, or you simply do not WANT melasma/sun damage…
Then I would strongly suggest using a great pigment-inhibiting product.

There are several key ingredients in the Even Tone serum, but the ‘star of the show’ is Alpha-Arbutin. Arbutin can produce similar results to Rx Hydroquinone, without the irritation. Arbutin is a hydroquinone derivative that can be sourced from plants or made synthetically.

Hyperpigmentation is a complex process, and certain ingredients act on different steps in the process.

Arbutin suppresses the activity of tyrosinase, which is the enzyme responsible for the production of pigment (melanin). So when you block that tyrosinase enzyme, you can prevent the production of skin pigment! This is why tyrosinase inhibitors used in skin care products are the most effective way to lighten, brighten, and even out the skin tone.

The Even Tone is a lightweight, multi-action serum that helps improves the appearance of sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and overall discoloration.
