2️⃣ Sleep smart – loose braid or low pony to prevent tangles while you dream
3️⃣ Use salon-quality, sulfate-free products to protect bonds and keep hair silky
4️⃣ Always dry the bonds after washing – especially near the scalp
5️⃣ Schedule maintenance every 6–8 weeks to avoid matting + shifting
