10 years later, the final flow. Some of these people were in my first class, some others have become dear friends. I will miss our “silent conversations” that happen between us as you move and flow and work things out in your body that your mind needs a break from. I look forward to practicing alongside you and I will for sure pop in to sub classes, too. Here’s to the start of a new season🙏😘

Last Monday night class- I have no idea how I will capture these vibes on a Monday night again. Thank you to everyone who has stepped on their mat with me over the past 10 years to release the stress of the day.

I will always be part of this community that has grown and evolved over the years, and will pop in to sub from time to time.
Thank you to everyone who has been in my class, whether a regular, a beginner or anywhere in between. You all have inspired me over the years more than you know🙏

3/1 I tore my ACL….5/14 I feel stronger than ever and the rehab on my knee (without surgery) has been transformational.
In yoga, my peak pose went from flying pigeon to child’s pose and my practice became about regaining mobility and strength.
I couldn’t do it without my PT, Joel, and the team Paramus. Thank you for pushing me to my limits and beyond.💪❤️

College Decision Day! Although this has been long ago decided, it’s getting more real, savoring these moments❤️

So this happened last week…and I’m still processing 18 years of memories with the boy who made me a mom. I’m so proud of the man you are becoming❤️🎂

From Genève to Courchevel, 11 pieces of luggage was worth the haul up this gorgeous mountain with the people I love most in this world. We skied the Alps, ate the most decadent food, drank the most delicious wine, and I got to trip over my French for days, before tripping over myself on the mountain 🏥. My knee will heal 🙏but the memories will last❤️🇫🇷

Happy 16th Birthday to my youngest, not sure how that happened. Born in a blizzard and always keeps me on my toes❤️🎂❤️
