This weekend I got out into nature, and it reminded me of something I say all the time: ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ญ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฆ.

Itโ€™s the way your body feels when you climb a trail. Itโ€™s the deep breath you take at the top. Itโ€™s the quiet moments where your mind finally slows down.

Moving outside reconnects me to my strength in a different way...softer, deeper, more intentional.

Yesterday I turned 69โ€ฆ and after 35+ years in the fitness world, Iโ€™m still doing what I love...helping people change their lives through movement, strength, and belief in themselves.

Iโ€™ve lived a lot of life, walked through hard seasons, recovered from surgeries, pushed through setbacks, and kept showing up even when it wasnโ€™t easy. ๐€๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ž๐ฑ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ฒ ๐ˆ ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ:
