Hello all! I just wanted to give an update on how Shades is currently operating.
Since going mobile I have been in many of your homes and love the convenience and comfort It has offered all of you to be able to tan in your own personal space.
With that being said, I have decided for safety reasons related to air quality, for both myself and all of you, to continue to spray tan, however to do it in outdoor spaces only. That can be anywhere on your property that is private, even a ventilated garage will do. But I will no longer be tanning indoors.
If you are interested in getting spray tans, and would still like to see me but do not have a space available of your own, you are more than welcome to come to me (if I have seen you before) and tan in the privacy of my outdoor space which is private, clean and cozy.
Please feel free to reach out to me and I will answer any questions you may have. I adore you all, that’s why it’s safety first!

Such a huge part of my business is based on referrals, and these epic photographers have referred countless brides my way.
And this beautiful glowing bride has been a client of Shades for a long time. To be able to tan her for her wedding and have capture it, encompass so much of Shades.

The excitement I get to experience with Brides-to-be is brief, but so great! But when I get to know the bride and tan her for various events leading up to the big day, it’s even more magical…like this one for sweet Ally!
Whether it’s my first time tanning you or many tans later, a couple of key points are important for me to consider for your wedding tan:
✨ Classy tans…keeping your color appropriate for your skin tone and event.
✨ Comfort…allowing you to feel comfortable and your best in your own skin.
✨ Less is more…consider the fact that you’ll be wearing white, and against that color a tan will always look a tad darker.
With these in mind and the spray gun in the hand of a perfectionist…you can’t go wrong.
