Since opening our doors in 2000, we’ve been grateful to welcome so many wonderful clients into our salon. Some have been with Sofya since her earlier days, before the salon opened; others have joined us over the years. Every one of you has become part of our story.

September 11 is a day that carries so much meaning and emotion in this country. For our family, it also marks the day our lives changed forever.

35 years ago today, my mom Sofya, my grandparents, and I came to America. 🇺🇸 I was just a little girl, but I’ll always know this as the day we began a new life here. We left so much behind, hoping to build a better future.

My mom always taught me that if you work hard, believe in yourself, and never give up, anything is possible.

Now, especially as a mom myself, I understand her sacrifice in a completely different way. I’m so proud of the courage it took to leave everything she knew and start over, and so grateful for the life we’ve built together. ❤️

Today, we remember those whose lives were forever changed on September 11, and for our family, we also quietly celebrate 35 years since the beginning of our American story. 🇺🇸❤️

Sharing some thoughts on coming to the US 34 years ago, on September 11, 1991. I couldn't be more proud of my mom, Sofya, to leave so much behind for a better life. She always worked hard and never gave up. I always am and will forever be grateful for the sacrifice she made for us to be here.🙏
