With over 1200 hours of education, it is my job to help make massage therapy become more recognized as medical. Using a combination of modalities and addressing the body as a whole, I help clients not only by calming the nervous system but also help facilitate healing which could lead to a faster recovery process. The work I perform focuses on result driven treatment, creating a treatment plan with clients to help them get as close as possible to the results they are looking for. I am certified in neuromuscular massage therapy which helps to alleviate chronic pain, nervous system dysfunctions and other issues. This work spends more time on a specific location, working with soft tissue, relieving trigger points that could be mimicking other pathologies or pain referral, nerve compression, repetitive movement injuries, and much more. Whether it be relieving stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, acute injuries, and much more, massage therapy can help play a big role in your recovery journey. After experiencing myself how massage therapy can change your over all well being, along with seeing the results in my clients I highly suggest everyone sees a massage therapist in their lifetime.
