Essential oils are unlike any other substance. It only takes one molecule of the right oil inhaled up the passage to the brain, to reach a receptor, find the problem and re-write any (DNA) instructions that are off track.

Well. 4.5 hours, 2 emergency bathroom stops, one major barf clean up and a huge bag of pirates b***y later I’ve made it. I’m riding solo with my three little terrorists this week in nor cal at my parents while hubby remodels/fixes the water damage from the Shamu size splash zone that our bathroom becomes every evening. It’s hot and we’re sort of wimps when it comes to that (sorry, not sorry) but everyone’s excited to swim and eat popsicles and play with cousins. Summer Adventures!

Time is just shooting by me. Seriously, like time warp, light speed, how is this happening? fast. My first sweet baby is 5 and done. DONE with preschool and off to big kid school next year! And I find myself wondering how? But at the same time loving every second of the kind and sensitive little man he is growing into. There was a second there when I wasn’t able to enjoy it, life and health and anxiety were stealing my joy and making me miss the precious moments. I’m looking back a bit today and feeing so thankful for the turn around that happened. It was multifaceted and took some time and consistency but I am so thankful I said yes to investing in my health (mental and physical) so I can be intentionally present for my family and relish in the abundant joy and life we are living.
