Latest FB marketplace find! This gorgeous girl from the Mid century modern Hollywood Regency era of the 60s-70s sits perfectly in my mid century coastal living room. 🤩

My experience in trying to get a Vegas hot stamp at Louis Vuitton was another nail in the coffin to me for these "luxury" stores.

I DO NOT appreciate being lied to. Much less such a bold face lie! What was she trying to achieve? Definitely not trust or a repeat customer!

Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've been lied to my face by a SA. Chanel has done it too. I'll post that as a another reel.

Did you know you can get complimentary hot stamping at most Louis Vuitton boutiques around the world??

More than just monograming, you can get city specific stamps on your passport holder! What a fun way to capture your trip as a souvenir.

Keep in mind, it can take 72 hours to turn around, so consider that during your trip.

I was told by the SA that Asia is more strict that you have to buy the passport holder there in order to get it stamped. If this was your experience, let me and others know below!

Too Good to Go app is a 👍🏻 for me. Depending on what businesses are participating in your area, you could have mixed results. Most of mine have been positive! For $7-10, you get at least 6+ more pieces of food/meal!
If I come across something that I know I won't use, I'll drop it off at the local food pantry library.

😱 look at this Goodwill find! I couldn't believe my eyes either! The luggage section was not my usual stop, but that day, something told me to do a walk through and I came across not one but two pieces of Rimowa polycarbonate pieces! Oh boy was I excited and immediately tried sleuthing online with the worst Internet connection lol
It was obvious I needed more research so I had to decide what to take home. I decided to leave the rolling luggage because it had a little more damage.
I also discovered that you can look up registered serial numbers on the Rimowa site. So that's what I ended up doing after a long exhaustive research.

8 hours to spend in SF?

Here's what we did:

* Mission Street project art gallery - free opens at 11 am

* Chinatown for food before the Illusionist 2 pm matinee show - interesting venue, entertaining interactive show

* People watching and quick Golden Boy slice at Washington Square

* Trek up the infamous Filbert street stairs up to Coit Tower for an amazing view

* Back down to North Beach for dinner, dessert and more people watching before heading home after a full day!
