After a solo retreat at Esalen last week, practicing yin yoga with & I feel reinspired by the wisdom of listening to the nervous system. When we follow what truly helps us settle & feel safe, it often guides us exactly where we need to go.

Today I’m back in my studio offering treatments designed to help your nervous system melt and reset.

Often these therapies are woven together in a single treatment, depending on what your body needs in the moment.

This past year was incredibly humbling, fast paced and full of growth. I am so grateful for all the beautiful nature that helped to remind me of to slow down and savor the journey. Opening my own studio after 12 years of dreaming about it was definitely a highlight of 2025. I look forward to the next chapter of connecting with patients and immersing myself in beautiful places. Opening my own studio has been a dream since I began my acupuncture practice 11 years ago. This space is designed to nurture self-love, connection, and wellness. It’s a place where women of all ages can feel at ease, where tending to your natural beauty supports the body as a whole, and where the nervous system can finally rest.

Every detail has been chosen with intention and respect for the work I love to share. I feel grateful to have a space where natural beauty and Chinese Medicine come together. ☯️

Lately, I’ve been moving through a magical stretch of time, where the desert’s stillness and beauty have grounded me in ways I didn’t expect. The golden light, wide skies, and quiet expanses have opened something in me—softening the edges, deepening the calm.

At the same time, work has felt aligned and alive, filled with flow and purpose, as if the things I’ve been building are finally meeting me where I am. There’s a sense of momentum and peace, like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Being the mama of Scarlett & Scout is the greatest gift and adventure of all. 🌈🫶🏽
