I turned 50 yesterday. So many changes in the past ten years. Yet I am mostly reminded of my essence. Something that was there when I was child. Always there. Still there. Changes are a-coming. Will share. Hope y’all will too. Evolution.

Hi friends - Is anyone interested in doing an early autumn cleanse with me? If so comment with what dates would work and what you’re looking to get out of it.

Sattva is the balanced state of mind that creates peace, clarity, truth. This in turn allows for the discernment needed to make better decisions and avoid disease. Therefore, one may discern most, if not all disease is rooted in the mind. And even if it doesn’t start there it ends up disrupting the mind. To that end cultivating sattva serves to both prevent and treat disease.
I am thankful for you. And though I know there’s sadness in the world and people missing being with their loved ones today, I am thankful for the time this pandemic has allowed for me to be alone (not lonely) and cultivate more spiritual awareness and hope. Hope that can radiate out and be shared.
I am here. And ready to serve anyone wanting an online consultation, wanting to learn more about ayurveda, desiring to improve their relationships. Even if, especially if, that relationship is to yourself.
Happy Thanksgiving.

🍁 Autumn Equinox 🍁
Tips for staying balanced during Fall.
Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere nears (7:30 AM on Tuesday, September 22). A day with equal parts of light and dark. A moment of balance before the mass shedding of leaves on the trees and the symbolic death all around us in nature reminding us to let go of what no longer serves us in order to make space for what's to come...the time just before the retreat into the darkness of Winter that prepares us for light of Spring. It is the intersection, the pause...for moment of gratitude for where we've been and where we're headed.
