Our training facility includes a large exercise/training area (15,000 Sq. Ft), a spacious Aerobics/Fitness/Yoga class room, locker rooms include saunas and steam rooms, as well as Styku S-400 (3-D) body scanner for body composition analysis, body measurements, caloric counts, as well as other scan information. Our training area is loaded with with over 15,000 square feet of exercise equipment including:

• Cardio Equipment including Bikes, Treadmills, Ellipticals, AMT's (Adaptive Motion Trainers), Rowing Machines, Stairmasters, NuSTep & SciFtit.
• Most cardio pieces include interactive display consoles with access to fun & entertaining apps as well as Comcast cable TV.
• Free Wifi access.
• Circuit Equipment includes Life Fitness Insigna, Keiser Air Pressure, Hammer Strength, Nautilus One & Body Masters.
• 100 Pairs of Iron Grip Dumbbells.
