Hello inSpirit Community! I want to let you know that the online platform of inSpirit will be complete on September 14, with the exception of Vanessa Lowe's Saturday class and my Sacred Sunday class. Due to this, we will be deactivating the inSpirit FB account this week. We are all still teaching (and some online) so you don't have to miss our classes!

We have had the best time together over the last three years and all feel our time online together has reached its end. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

All and especially the ever-so-welcoming inSpirit Santa Fe community, I’ll be stepping in for Sarah at the Railyard Performance Center:
💃🏽 Thursday, 8/22, 💃🏽 Monday, 8/26, 💃🏽 Tuesday, 8/27 and
💃🏽 Thursday, 8/29. All in-person classes are at 9 am MDT.

If in-person, isn’t an option, I’ll be teaching an online classes on:
💃🏽 Sat. 8/24, 11am MDT (10 am PDT) and 💃🏽Sun. 8/25, 9am MDT (8 am PDT). The online classes are also available with 24-hr access for all who register.

I hope you’ll join in-person or online for a somatic movement and music experience crafted to nourish your body, mind, emotion, and spirit - your whole being.

✨One of my favorite parts of the METAMORPHOSIS series is the collaboration with Paula Goler. We have different strengths, experiences, goals, and teaching styles but we both believe that movement is a path to wholeness.

✨It does not matter what your movement experience is - we start with the basics and slowly build to more complexity. We lead you to flow with the mace with confidence, strength, and fluidity.

Here we go! Join Minna and me this morning at the Railyard Performance Center. My last class before my journey home to the midwest and Minna's first-ever class in Santa Fe! Dreams come true, friends!

We will co-teach on Thursday at the Railyard at 9 a.m. and then it's all Minna all the time! She's literally in the air now and landing in New Mexico soon!

The drop-in Steel Mace classes in Santa Fe will resume in September. I'm going to be taking a month-long sabbatical to spend time with my mama and family.

Minna Aalto is on my mind! She is coming to Santa Fe all the way from Turku, Finland, and teaching at inSpirit at the Railyard. Do not miss your chance to dance with this spectacular human!!!
