It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years since I started my journey as a brow artist. 🤍

When I look back, I’m filled with so much gratitude. What started as a passion for brows has grown into a career, a business, a community, and a huge part of who I am.

There have been so many chapters along the way—different jobs, different locations, new opportunities, challenges, risks, and moments when I had no idea where this journey would take me.

But more than anything, this journey has been about the people.

The clients who trusted me with their brows before they knew where this would all lead. The people who believed in my talent and gave me opportunities. The ones who encouraged me to take the next step, supported my dreams, referred their friends, trusted my knowledge, or simply showed up for me during an important chapter of my life.

So many of you have played a part in getting me to where I am today, whether you realize it or not.

I wanted to share a little bit about my 20-year journey—not just to celebrate where I am today, but to honor all of the people, experiences, and moments that helped shape the path along the way.

I am so, so grateful for every person I’ve met, every lesson I’ve learned, and every chapter that brought me here.

Twenty years ago, I thought becoming a great brow artist was all about perfecting my technique.

What I’ve learned is that building a successful career goes far beyond shaping brows.

It’s about believing in yourself, setting boundaries, knowing your worth, taking care of your body, and never stopping learning.

These are the lessons I wish someone had shared with me when I was just starting out. If they can help even one new brow artist build a more confident and fulfilling career, then they’re worth sharing.

Just a girl out here trying to manage 3 social media accounts, work full-time, raise kids, run a business, and somehow still post consistently. 😅

Seriously… how does creating one “quick” post turn into a 3-hour project?

Between thinking of ideas, creating content, editing videos, writing captions, and actually posting, social media feels like a full-time job on top of my full-time job.

Tell me I’m not the only one feeling completely overwhelmed by it sometimes. 😂 Anyone else struggling to keep up? 🙋‍♀️

What started as a dream became a space built on connection, confidence, community, and helping women grow. So grateful for every client, artist, friend, and supporter who’s been part of the Sage journey.
