I used to think I was so unhygienic and genetically doomed but sometimes the meds we take or our bodies due to our lifestyle become host or yeast or candida/ bacterial overgrowth 😭

My closing notes on Chapter 26 💫
I used to think growing up meant becoming someone worth being proud of. More things. More followers. More places. More proof that I was doing life right. But this year, something changed. I started realizing that none of it means much if you’re too busy chasing the next thing to actually feel the life you already have.
Maybe that’s what growing up really is. Not having more, but noticing more. The friend who remembered your birthday without being asked. The person who stays when you’re not at your best. Your family crying because they miss you. Sitting across from someone you love and realizing you don’t need to take a picture because you’re already going to remember how it felt.
This year, I let myself feel those things. And honestly, they meant more to me than anything I could have bought or achieved.
So if you’re reading this at 2am, wondering if you’re behind, wondering if you should be doing more, maybe you don’t need to. Maybe you just need to look around. Call your people. Make the memories. Touch grass. Take the trip. Put your phone down. Laugh until your stomach hurts. Let yourself be loved. Build a life that feels good when nobody is watching.
Because one day, the things you spent so much time chasing might not be the things you remember. You’ll remember who was there. Who loved you. Who made you laugh. The places that made you feel alive. The ordinary Tuesday night you didn’t know would become a memory you’d give anything to have back.
