Something i love about this job is that i get to educate you guys on what I’m doing on top of making you feel snatched.. with that said, let’s talk fat and cavitation!

As seen above on the diagram, there are two sections of fat! Visceral fat which lays beneath the muscle and wraps around our organs. This layer of fat we cannot see.
Subcutaneous fat is the layer above the muscle tissue, the fat that i play a role in eliminating as it is most noticeable.

Subcutaneous fat can be harder to get rid of through diet and exercise, as it acts as stored energy for the body.

So while you’re doing what you can to eliminate the deep layer of Visceral fat, I’ll assist with getting rid of that stubborn top layer of subcutaneous fat!
