In case you’re wondering why I haven’t posted any jackie’s Veggie Kitchen food posts in a while here’s the answer… I have had to dramatically change what I cook due to health challenges that my family is facing. I’m learning how to cook vegetarian Keto. It’s quite a challenge and quite honestly I haven’t been inspired to share any of my very basic recipes yet. At some point I will return sharing to my gluten free, no processed sugar, vegetarian recipes. Until then you still have access to all the wonderful recipes on my blog/website.
