The Empath & the Endocrine: Healing the Invisible Impact
with Lisa Gunshore, Denise Maple and Suzanne Hunt

Can our bodies absorb the emotional weight of unspoken truths? Do sensitive souls experience endocrine imbalance differently?

Join me with Lisa Gunshore and Denise Maple in this illuminating conversation exploring the spiritual and emotional roots of thyroid and endocrine issues—especially through the lens of empathic living.

Drawing from the teachings of Louise Hay and Jacques Martel, as well as personal insight and decades of experience in energetic healing and spiritual direction, this episode invites you to look at your body not as broken, but as a messenger.

We will explore:
* The hidden toll of emotional suppression on thyroid health
* Empathic fatigue and its effect on your hormones
* Protective practices to support your energetic boundaries
* Affirmations for healing and reclaiming self-expression
* How to shift from victimhood to vitality

Whether you’re navigating Hashimoto’s, feeling chronically drained, or simply seeking to understand the connection between emotion and health, this conversation offers deep validation and soulful strategies to come back to center.

✨ You are not too sensitive. You are tuned in. And your body is asking you to listen.

“Last night I dreamed;
Ten thousand grandmothers
from the twelve hundred corners of the Earth,
walked out into the gap,
one breath deep,
between the bullet and the flesh,
between the bomb and the family.
They told me:
"We cannot wait for governments.
There are no peacekeepers boarding planes.
There are no leaders who dare to say
every life is precious,
so it have to be us."
They said.
"We will cup our hands around each heart.
We will sing the earth’s song, the song of water,
a song so beautiful that vengeance
will turn to weeping,
the mourners will embrace,
and grief replace
every impulse toward harm.
Ten thousand is not enough," they said.
"So we have sent this dream,
like a flock of doves
into the sleep of the world.
Wake up. Put on your shoes.
You who are reading this,
I am bringing bandages
and a bag of scented guavas from my trees.
I think I remember the Tune. Meet me at the corner.
Let’s go…”.

I got quite absorbed a few weeks ago in doing an inspired watercolor for a friend who had a family member pass away. It's been a long time since I painted.

Here it is done There is a pic of it in process. It was very guided and inspired. O:) It will be very interesting to hear how it resonates for the recipient.

✨With the angled pic you can see the shiny gold accents ✨
There are a few hidden hearts 💚🤍💙
I am pleased with the results.
It's funny how stressful it is to actually DO it, but at the same time rewarding, relaxing, and I amaze myself when it comes out looking nice
