Good mornin, I have praticed working, some this week. Facial no problems.😊 Leaving the facial bed down, so I dont lift and lower. Hair I am going to have to pace myself. So yes taking appts. Thank You everyone for Your Patience

A little sore this morning. PT was good yesterday, I graduated from home, to going to physical therapy. I was re-evaluated with a new therapist . Nice young man. He explained to me whats going on. My core and hips need strenght, so new exercises to add. He spent an hour with me, see him in 2 weeks. Its funny, you log in to program and do the exercises, along with a video. He too was encouraging, it will take a few months.

Kyle, Pt Nurse said Im doing good, conference with surgeon.... Got info today, I didnt want to hear put needed too. Not supposed to go,back to work till Mid June. Was reminded no bending and twisting and lifting for another 5 weeks. Because I may heal, but I can get back trouble in a year beause muscle tissue needs to reattach and heal with my back straight. Just Breathing, I want to do whats best, breathe....

Was wonderful to be outside yesterday. I made it down my back steps. going up was a challenge. The stairs are steeper and would be better with handrails. Front stairs are a little easier, handrails on both sides, not as steep. Keep telling myself its temporary. Im getting stronger each day. Still need walker. I ordered walking sticks, PT Nurse Kyle suggested. LOl Purple ones! They should be here wednesday. Thank You everyone for Everything, Well Wishes, Meals, Flowers, Cards Texts, Calls. Minnie D and I are doing fine, though we miss Renee. 💜🐈‍⬛

Grateful Sunday...Am doing well,very slow process for this impatient one.Grateful my cousin Renee decicded to stay another week with me.💜

Surgery rescheduled for April 24th, Breathe, one more test, EKG then I'll be ready.🤞
