If something makes you feel happy or fulfilled, do more of it. Think about what is going right in your life and focus on growing it, rather than trying to fix what you feel is wrong. I was attending a webinar on Aromatherapy this morning and this bit of advice felt appropriate to share. Trust your intuition.

Take this into the weekend with you. Most of us work all week and then feel the need to keep ourselves busy on our days away from work. Run your body into the ground and you'll end up IN the ground! It's okay to do nothing, you have permission.

So over the last week I have spent my free time revamping my website, which included staying up until 2am a couple of nights. At least I didn't have to walk hundreds of miles with a trunk and bird on my back, followed by a donkey. Thank you On Time Social for "pointing" out that my site could use an update. Taking photos at the Inspired Spaces, Inc. Design House (my now permanent office) getting ready to update my website. Needless to say, this photo WILL NOT make the cut! I was pondering the best way to get my clients to actually do their stretches at home!
