Wanna hear something crazy? I almost didn’t post this photo. 🤦♀️
I can be SO hard on myself sometimes. I always feel like everything has to be just perfect. We were pressed for time, so I didn’t get every single hair perfectly placed before I snapped the photo.
And then I did what I always do… I went back and forth about whether it was “good enough” to post.
How crazy is that?
Because look at her hair. 😍 It turned out BEAUTIFULLY. And instead of seeing that, I was focused on the few little things that weren’t absolutely perfect.
I think social media has a way of making us feel like every photo has to be perfectly posed, perfectly edited, perfectly polished… because if it isn’t, the algorithm might decide nobody gets to see it anyway. 🙃
But perfection isn’t the point.
Beautiful hair is. ✨
So here I am, posting the photo anyway. Because sometimes we need to stop overthinking it, give ourselves a little grace, and just hit “post.” ☀️
