What if you could treat the pain without another pill, injection, or week spent waiting?
EMVITAL uses targeted laser therapy to reach painful muscles and joints, help relax tight tissue, and get you moving more comfortably again.
Sagging, crepey skin is not just a āget older and accept itā problem.
The Epicutis Lipid Body Treatment helps deeply hydrate, support the skin barrier, and improve the look of dry, thin, crepey skināespecially on the arms, legs, chest, and knees.
Think smoother. Firmer-looking. Healthier skin.
Because body care should be treated with the same intention as your face.
And no, one serum cannot magically replace lost collagenābut consistent skin-barrier support can make a visible difference.

Could iron be the reason you canāt sleep?
Most people think iron deficiency only means fatigue.
But iron is also involved in mood, neurotransmitters, sleep quality, focus, and nervous system regulation.
Serotonin cannot form well without the right nutrient chain, and that includes iron, B6, B12, and folate.
And for women who menstruate, this matters even more.
You can lose iron monthly, slowly depleting your stores over time, and a basic CBC may still look ānormalā until the deficiency is more advanced.
That is why hemoglobin alone is not enough.
We need to look at the full iron picture:
Ferritin
Serum iron
Transferrin saturation
TIBC
CBC
And often zinc, B12, folate, and vitamin D too
Because if you are waking up at 3am, feeling wired but tired, anxious, restless, foggy, or exhausted but unable to sleep, your body may be asking us to look deeper.
āNormal labsā are not the same as optimized.
Comment **STEADY** and letās look at your iron panel.
If your entire family is sick within the first few weeks of school, your back-to-school health plan may be starting too late. šš¦
We prepare the backpacks, buy the supplies, and schedule the haircutsābut what are we doing to prepare their bodies?
Hereās what I start focusing on before school begins:
āļø Shift wake times earlier and get morning sunlight
š“ Restore a consistent sleep schedule
š³ Build breakfast around proteinānot just refined carbohydrates
š« Add fiber and food variety to nourish the gut microbiome
š Get their bodies moving every day
š§ Make hydration automatic
š§¼ Connect handwashing to predictable transitions
š¦ Consider targeted gut and immune support, such as EpicDefense, when appropriate
EpicDefense combines specific probiotic strains, a postbiotic, and zinc to support gut and immune health during periods of increased exposure.
It isnāt a guarantee that your family wonāt get sickāand it isnāt appropriate for every childābut I would rather support the foundation before everyone is already run down.
Back-to-school preparation shouldnāt stop at pencils and planners. Letās prepare their sleep, brains, guts, and immune systems too.
Save this for your familyās back-to-school reset, and share it with another parent who is not interested in spending September passing the same cold around the house.
Comment PROTOCOL and Iāll send you our complete Back-to-School Health Optimization Guide.
This is educational information, not individualized medical advice. Speak with your childās clinician before starting supplements, especially if your child is very young, immunocompromised, medically complex, has significant allergies, or takes prescription medications.
Why choose between sculpting your abs and building stronger legs when you can work on both at the same time? š„
With Emsculpt NEO, we can target the core and quads in one sessionāhelping build muscle, improve definition, and strengthen the areas that support how you move every day.
This is not just about looking more toned. Strong quads support your knees, balance, mobility, and long-term independence. A stronger core supports posture, stability, and performance.
Abs and quads. One session. Zero wasted time.
Because longevity should look strongāand feel even stronger. šŖ
Before you blame everything on ADHD, look at what your brain and body are running on.
Sleep.
Ferritin.
Vitamin D.
Protein.
Muscle mass.
Omega-3s.
Gut health.
Hormones.
ADHD does not exist in a vacuum.
Poor sleep can worsen focus. Low iron can worsen fatigue. Hormone shifts can amplify symptoms. Loss of muscle can affect metabolism, energy, and long-term health.
The goal is not to āfixā your brain.
It is to support the whole system carrying it.
Because longevity for women with ADHD is not just about living longer.
It is about having the energy, strength, and brain function to actually enjoy those years.
What does a longevity doctor put on every day? š©āāļøāØ
My daily routine is not complicatedābut every step has a purpose:
š§“ Epicutis Lipid Serum to support my skin barrier, hydration, and healthy aging
š§ Transdermal glutathione for antioxidant support and cellular protection
š„ Prescription testosterone as part of my individualized hormone optimization plan
āļø Epicutis SPF because none of the expensive anti-aging treatments matter if you skip your sunscreen
Longevity is not one magic product. It is the small, intentional things you consistently do to protect your skin, hormones, brain, and body.
And yesāSPF is the least glamorous step and probably the most important. š
Hormone therapy should always be individualized and prescribed based on your symptoms, history, and clinical evaluation.
Your gut and brain are texting each other all dayāand sometimes the messages are not great.
A new systematic review and meta-analysis found that probiotics may help improve depressive symptoms, particularly when used alongside standard treatment.
No, this does not mean a probiotic ācuresā depression or replaces therapy or medication.
It means depression may not be happening only in the brain.
Your gut microbiome can influence inflammation, neurotransmitter pathways and communication through the vagus nerve. And that conversation goes both ways: your gut can affect your mood, and chronic stress can absolutely affect your gut.
This is why I keep talking about the gut-brain axis.
The future of mental health is not just asking, āWhat is wrong with your brain?ā It is looking at the whole person and asking, āWhat else is your body trying to tell us?ā
Midlife didnāt suddenly make you lazy, scattered, emotional, or ātoo much.ā
Your neurodivergent brain is colliding with changing hormonesāand nobody prepared you for what that can look like.
The brain fog.
The exhaustion.
The sensory overload.
The sleep changes.
The emotional intensity.
The feeling that all the systems you used to rely on have suddenly stopped working.
On August 29, Iām teaching a live, four-hour intensive created specifically for neurodivergent women navigating midlife.
**When Midlife Hits a Neurodivergent Brain** will help you understand what is happening in your brain and bodyāand what you can actually do about it.
Weāre talking ADHD, autism, masking, hormones, perimenopause, nervous-system regulation, sleep, energy, relationships, treatment options, and how to finally build a life that works with your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.
You are not broken.
You were simply never given the right operating manual.
Join me live on August 29 from 1ā5 PM ET.
