My beautiful client came to me with work done by a another Stylist.
How a Stylist can perform this low level of work and let the client leave knowing how it looks is unacceptable to me.
I am honored she trust me and the 500 foils ( 🤣 )
Beautiful end result, happy client!

This client had previously been coloring her own hair a pale blond. She is 100% gray/white.
She wanted low-lights and dimension. She went to another Stylist. Her end result was blotches of dark color and warm carmel color all over.
I was able to highlight and lift her back to a pale blond and tone the remaining hair with an ash base to give her the low-lights for a dimensional blonde.

I am happy she trusted me and trusted the process!!

The scariest part is trusting the process!!!

ORANGE IS THE NEW....

When a client attempts to bleach out their black box dye hair color....
Bleach...Lightener... is not a magic potion. It is a chemical to be used with caution and knowledge of what it can do...and can not do.
With time...patience....and money...you can correct a color gone wrong.
I don't care what the picture on the box is...or what the directions say....it ain't gonna happen for you that way.
I did tell this client she did a lot of the work for me by lifting it to the orange stage.

When an image I took...makes me fall in love with photography again...and again.
It has been a week where my confidence has been beaten down, my integrity questioned and my reputation slammed.
BUT I HIT A HOMERUN WITH THIS....
My friends rallied around me...reminded me that whatever lowball shots are being taken at me....
None of it matters and my gifts and talents are celebrated.
