Not all calories are burned in the gym.
Remember proper form for lifting, pulling and keep hydrated.

Remember for all your activities proper form, utilizing big muscles and neutral spine.
Definitely stretched afterwards and the next day.
It's recommended 30 minutes a day of exercise. Choose something that makes you smile- a walk, run, bike ride, gardening, just move.

Yard work has been my workout for the last couple days. Plenty of squats and pulling completed.
Workouts don't have to be fancy, just purposeful.
Having the motivation in mind allows it to come to fruition.
So tomorrow it begins 👍
Comfortable 4.5 mile run this afternoon. 10 minutes of planking/body weight movement - 45 sec on/15 sec rest.

Sunny windy day! Bike ride of 15 miles. When I include bike riding in my training it beneficial all over- for my body, my running.

Friday afternoon run wasn't for distance, just a run cause I had time so switched it to short intervals 1 minute on, 1.5 minute walk. On was a run with a strong stride and faster than a comfortable pace.
Ends up being close to your solid pace run but mentally different.
