This one was a lesson in strategy, persistence, and staying the course.
Before coming on the market with me, this condo had been listed for six months with another agent and had not received an offer. At one point, there were four nearly identical units competing for the same buyers.
We focused on getting it seen, clearly communicating its value, listening closely to buyer feedback, and adapting as the market gave us new information. Despite the challenges, we got it under contract in half the average time for comparable condos.
