This was a foreign fill client — and for the first time in 10 years, I had to say no to continuing the service.
Because this isn’t just about lashes… it’s about lash health.
When I see:
• clumping
• improper isolation
• stress on the natural lash
• or visible damage
The goal is no longer “make them look full” —
the goal becomes protect what’s left.
