Ouch! I've sold over 20 of these nail polish organizer trays with no problems. I even got photos from most customers with their trays full of polish and supplies. The description says it holds standard polish bottles. I guess if you only buy big nail polish bottles, you don't know what standard is. Got a 1 star review because her bottles didn't fit. I always include a note to PLEASE reach out to me before leaving anything other than a 5-star review. It REALLY hurts small businesses. Hurts even more that I gave her a full refund.

Please always reach out to a small business first if you are not satisfied. For the most part, they want you to be happy and will do anything they can to make you happy.
