On a daily, there are four important but easy steps to follow that help keep the skin healthy and glowing!

1. Cleansing - Cleansing with a product that does not strip the skin of its natural conditioners and essential moisture.

2. Toning - Toning the skin with a toner will restore the natural pH of the skin.

3. Moisturizing - This will compensate for the unavoidable losses the skin sustains from aging and exposure to the environment.

4. Protecting - Using SPF to protect the skin from damaging effects of sun exposure.

This basic regimen of cleansing, toning, moisturizing & protecting is recommended to be followed twice a day for the best results of beautiful skin!

What is dermaplaning and what are the benefits? ⬇️
