TAKE FLIGHT TRAINING is back in business. I have started training again after a year break to concentrate on other businesses. Winter seems to be the season people slow down their activity level and eat more. Allow me to keep you motivated and looking your best through functional and weight training. I know for a lot of people driving to the gym and having the knowledge of what exactly to work on can be difficult. I am opening the availability of coming to you. There are many stability and functional exercises that can benefit your health for years to come. I've worked with all ages with the need to achieve many different goals. I have the National Association of Sports Medicine certification and have a passion for seeing people become healthier and happier.
I have struggled with my own health and injuries throughout the years and feel I can help you with yours. Let's do this together!

I work about 4 different jobs on average. My main job creates havock to my skin ( spraying laquer in this photo), and I can still maintain a healthy glow. I must be doing something right.

SUNSCREEN!!
I am a complete spazz when it comes to preserving my youthful skin. Anyone who knows me knows I have about 3 layers of Sunscreen on my face at all times. Obviously I'm not as good with the remainder of my body as you can see the sun damage and freckles.
