You could never replace my mother, compete with her, or diminish who she is. She has strength, dignity, and a family that knows her worth. What happened didn’t break us—it showed us exactly who needed to be removed from our lives.

So enjoy your “prize.” If someone can be taken that easily, they were never worth keeping. My mother lost nothing worth having, and our family is better off without the lies, disrespect, and drama.
