Massage can help ease arthritis symptoms by improving blood flow and loosening the muscles around joints. People may experience reduced pain, improved mood, and an increased range of motion. When carefully addressed massage may help with decreasing the inflammation and improving movement. Heat and Ice therapy available for pre, post, or during the massage. Moderate to slightly deeper massage pressure and applying trigger point therapy are particularly beneficial for shoulder pain, working to relieve tension along the nerve pathways of the neck and shoulder.
