I’ve loved The Chelsea for years, its history, its art, its energy, and all the stories that live within those walls. Getting to create something for a place with so much soul has truly been a dream.

I’m so grateful to Alexis Elmurr Amity Murray jodi ꩜ esthetician and the entire Chelsea team for welcoming us in and trusting us to bring this treatment to life. And to our Botnia team, thank you for putting so much thought, care, and love into every little detail.

The Cornucopia Facial is available at The Spa at Hotel Chelsea through December. If you’re in New York, I hope you get to experience it.

Botnia is in the September issue of San Francisco Magazine. It’s all about dynamic Bay Area women, and we got a four-page spread. I’m still blown away. The best part was flipping through the pages with my daughter and seeing other inspirational founders, makers, builders, entrepreneurs and I’m so honored to be counted alongside this community. The Bay Area’s just so damn cool.

Skincare ingredients have a season too, and right now it’s pumpkin, pomegranate, almonds, rosehip, comfrey, and olive. 

What’s in season is usually what your body (and your skin) needs most.

Good things take time. Distilling a new plant takes months of planning, sometimes years, because I harvest at its peak season, when it’s most potent.

Something new from the high desert, coming spring 2027.
