Here are a few things, please read this entire message.

I don't have my schedule quite yet, but I will soon be reaching out to everyone to try and puzzle my books together. If you get a call from a 952-457-**** number, answer it! 😉 (If I don't have your phone number already, send me a PM!) Please understand I still have to be a wife, a mom and keep my anxiety in check while calling and booking everyone 😆 Don't panic if you haven't heard from me right away, I am doing my best!

I ask that you are patient during this time. I will be doing my best to contact and reschedule everyone. I have over 100 people to call and limited hours due to Cole's having to be at 50% capacity.

If I can't get ahold of you, I have to move on to contacting the next person. I have very limited time to put my books together.

The more flexible you are with appointment times, the more likely to get in sooner. And the easier this will be for me! ♡

If you have done at home color or haircuts, PLEASE be honest/open with me. I am not going to be upset or disappointed, I just need to plan for time. It would be extremely helpful if you could send me a picture of your hair currently so I can see what I will be working with. Also, please understand if you have done at home services, the color or cut we do when the salon opens may not be the same as we have done before. It may take a few times to get back to where we were! But hey, maybe it's time for a little change!?

During phase one, appointments will look a little different than they have been in the past, but that is because we care and want to keep everyone as safe as possible. Please also be patient during this process. We are navigating uncharted territory. We will all be wearing PPE. Sanitzing between every appointment. Everyone will have to wait in their cars. No beverages offered (please plan to bring your own). One person per stylist in the salon per appointment time. No blowdrying. The only hair that will be shampooed will be color appointments and extensions that require shampoo services to apply. More of these details will come. Again, this is new for all of us. I still want to make you feel just as beautiful/stylish as I did before! ♡ I am beyond excited to do your hair again!!!

I will be doing my best to get everyone in as my schedule permits! I have a list of all appointments that were canceled due to closing and I have a list started of everyone needing to get back as we open. Send me a message if you would like to be added to the list and what service you are hoping for.

To my valuable guests... I appreciate you being patient with me over the last 2 weeks. It has been a crazy rollercoaster for my family.

2 weeks ago both boys were sick. One with the flu, one with Rhoto Virus. Which caused both Jon and I to have to stay home multiple days as they couldn't go to daycare.

A week ago Jon had a seizure and was unconscious while at work. It was the most terrifying phone call I never anticipated recieving. While all his tests are coming back normal (THANK GOD!!!), per MN law he is unable to drive for 90 days. Because of this, I needed to adjust my schedule to be able to get both of us to and from work as well as our boys to and from daycare.

Lastly, I am sure most of you have seen my updates about my Stepgrandpa Lowell. 2 weeks ago he was accidentally electrocuted which lead to a week and a half in the hospital. Unfortunately Lowell passed away Tuesday. If you knew Lowell, you knew he was a gentle giant. A man with an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude and HUGE heart. He will be greatly missed by everyone. I wish I had a little more time with him. ♡ His funeral will be this Monday.

So again, thank you for being patient. I know so many people are hurting and grieving right now. There was been a lot of heartbreaking things happening to so many people around me. You know who you are, you have been on my mind and in my prayers. If I could make everything better for everyone, I would. I will try my best to get all of my clients in as we navigate this new norm. I would also like to request that if you feel sick at all, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. Thank you so much for understanding and love. You are truly the best! ♡
