Missed the last day of Acne Awareness Month BUT I’ll never skip posting this!
In 2023, I feel victim to post birth control acne. I never dealt with acne until getting off the pill. I’m here to tell you it gets better and to remind you acne cannot be CURED but it can be MANAGED. Most docs will try to throw meds at you, but we’re managing with home skincare, treatments (chemical peels, laser, microneedling), and supplements!
Don’t forget, acne doesn’t define you 🫶🏼
