🔷Your serene escape for luxury, rejuvenation and healing. Discover unmatched wellness today!🔷 You've never seen a "tanning salon" like Body Polish.

My name is Kristi Como, I am the owner of Body Polish and I live right here in Savannah. Nothing improves my confidence more than a touch of color to my skin, however, I also want to slow the signs of aging. So hence, Body Polish was born. My goal is to help you feel confident with the skin you're in. My promise is to treat you with the respect you deserve and not be ashamed to see you at dinner.

Eeeyuk!! I hate doing these videos! But here I am. Sharing all the realness that is me. The rambling. The morning face. The incomplete sentences. All of it. That’s when you know I’m serious. 😂 I have the details worked out- you just gotta show up so I can explain it. lol

See yall Saturday at Body Polish!

We’re about a month in since our new red light end arrived. Anyone who’s been using it regularly want to weigh in on results you’re seeing? Relief your feeling?

Personally, I’m down almost a whole size without any change to the scale. See ya later inflammation!

I don’t know who needs to hear it, but here I go.
People assume I built Body Polish because I love beauty, wellness, all the fun stuff (which I do!) but if you knew where I was in life when it all came together, it would be as clear as day that I built a place I desperately needed myself.

Because there have been seasons where I didn’t feel like me at all. Not sad enough for anyone to notice. Not sick enough for anyone to worry. Not falling apart. Just not 100%.

Tired in a way sleep didn’t fix. Frustrated in a way I couldn’t explain. Looking in the mirror and knowing I was still me, but somehow not recognizing the person looking back.

And the worst part is that life doesn’t stop when you’re feeling that way. The world keeps spinning.

The dogs still need out.
The laundry still needs folded.
The business still needs run.
The family still needs you.

So you do what you have to do. You keep going and you get really good at carrying things quietly.

I can’t tell you how many people have sat in my room over the years and started by talking about weight or hormones or loose skin or being tired and eventually what comes out is, “I just want to feel like myself again.”

That one gets me every time…because I know exactly what they mean. 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

Not younger. Not skinnier. Not perfect. Just themselves.

The version that laughed easier.
Had more energy.
Felt comfortable in their own skin.
Didn’t overthink every picture someone took.

That’s why this work means so much to me. It’s never really been about *just* looking better. It’s about relief. It’s about hope.

✨It’s about helping someone feel seen on a day they needed it.✨

And if you’ve been carrying more than people realize lately, I just want you to know you’re not the only one.

💙I see you.💙

We all need little reminders 😉💙

When did being exhausted become a personality?

Not sleepy. Not busy. Exhausted.

The kind where coffee isn’t helping anymore.
The kind where you look forward to doing nothing because you don’t have anything left to give.

Maybe your body isn’t asking for more discipline. ➡️Maybe it’s asking for support.

Imagine where you could be 90 days from now. Not because you suffered through and not because you punished yourself.

✨Because you finally had the right tools.✨

Come see me June 13. 💙

A reminder for the people who only allow themselves to rest once they’ve completely burned out:

You do not have to earn recovery.

✨You do not have to “deserve” care.✨

And your body is not a machine that should run endlessly without support.

Sometimes wellness looks like:
• slowing inflammation
• regulating stress
• supporting recovery
• rebuilding strength
• giving your nervous system a break

The people who take care of everyone else usually need this reminder the most. Feel free to tag the person you immediately thought of when you read this. -tagging yourself counts. lol

Summer has a way of making people hyper aware of themselves.

Pool parties. Swimsuits. Photos. Trips. Tank tops. Social events.

And suddenly people start panicking trying to “fix” themselves in 2 weeks.

But confidence isn’t built through self-hatred.

It’s built through feeling better. Sleeping better. Reducing inflammation. Standing taller. Feeling stronger. Feeling supported.

💙We’re much more interested in helping people feel good in their bodies than punishing them into smaller ones.💙

That difference matters.

Nobody warns us how much our core affects EVERYTHING.

Posture.
Back pain.
Confidence.
Pelvic stability.
Bloating.
Strength.
Recovery.
Even how clothes fit.

A weak or disconnected core doesn’t just “look” different. ➡️ It FEELS different.

It’s hard to know where to even start rebuilding it safely. Especially after:
• pregnancies
• surgeries
• weight changes
• chronic stress
• aging
• years of “starting over”

We’ve been working on something specifically for this, and I genuinely think it’s going to help a lot of people.

Some of the most exhausted people I know are still getting everything done.

They show up, handle business, take care of everybody else and keep pushing, quietly wondering why they still feel:
• inflamed
• overwhelmed
• uncomfortable
• disconnected from their body

✨High functioning burnout is real.✨

And (most) people don’t need another lecture about motivation.

💙They need recovery.
💙Support.
💙Breathing room.
💙Consistency.
💙A nervous system that finally feels safe enough to calm down.

That’s the direction we’re moving.

Not punishment. Not crash fixes. Not shame.

Real wellness.
