We get a front-row seat to how much Drew and his team care about the people who walk through their doors, and this recognition is so well deserved. There’s something really special about watching good people build good businesses right here in our little corner of Savannah and getting to cheer each other on along the way.

I talk to women every day at Body Polish about making time for themselves.

Take the hour. Do the thing that makes you feel good. Buy yourself something simply because you love it. Stop feeling like every minute and every dollar has to be justified by someone else needing it more.

And the irony is… I need those reminders too.

One of our sweet clients made this tumbler for me, and I don’t think she had any idea how much such a simple gesture would mean.

Because I don’t always take the time to think about the little things I want or need for myself. I’m usually moving on to whatever is next. And I know so many of the women who walk through our doors do exactly the same thing.

So there was something unexpectedly special about someone stopping and thinking, Kristi would love this. I’m going to make it for her.

Not because I needed it.
Not because there was an occasion.
Just because she thought of me.

And apparently she knows me pretty damn well, because it is gloriously HOT PINK. 😂💗

I love my tumbler. But even more than that, I love the thought, the time and the care behind it.
