🚨IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

It is a bittersweet announcement to have to say that I will be moving Ft Lauderdale, FL at the beginning of May. Because of my relocation Thrive Skin Studio Savannah will be closing permanently.

📅 My last working day will be Friday April 29

I’m so blessed 🙏🏾to have built a clientele I truly loved in Savannah. Each of you who trusted me with your beauty services, brought in your boyfriends, suggested that your mom come see me, really made my dreams come true 😊✨

I will be providing a list of local estheticians who’s services I recommend so that you all can continue with maintaining results.

There’s still availability for the upcoming weeks, if you’re a client of mine I’d love to see you before I go. If you have any outstanding gift certificates please redeem them for services or product by the 29th.

The price of these fees are determined by YOU, the client as they are based on the service you booked

LATE CANCELLATIONS - TSS requires 24 notice for appointment cancellations and rescheduling. If you need to cancel or move your appointment with less than 24 hour notice there will be a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
⏱This fee also includes any tardy clients who arrive after the 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late then I cannot provide you with the best service possible and I will not run over into my next appointment.

NO CALL, NO SHOW - If you do not show up for your appointment and provide me with no notice there will be a fee charged for the entirety of the appointment booked.

BOGUS CARD ON FILE - If either of these fees are incurred and the card on file declines you will be sent an invoice via email and banned from booking with TSS until payment is remitted. Keep in mind that we will try more than once to collect payment.

Listen, I would much rather have you in for a service than to charge you fees but I have to protect my time as well!

‼️Remember you can always cancel or adjust your appointments yourself via the link in your confirmation email (as long as you’re before the 24 hour mark).
