THE LOOSE GOOSE SESSION Pricing ⬇️⬇️⬇️🪿

This is more than a massage. It’s an experience.
Each session combines three parts:

💆‍♀️ MASSAGE
A full-body relaxation and clinical massage, with focused work based on what your body needs that day—helping relieve tension and support longer-lasting pain relief.

🧘 ASSISTED STRETCHING
I move your body through comfortable, supported stretches you couldn’t easily achieve on your own. This helps improve flexibility and mobility while helping extend the pain relief and benefits of the massage.

🧠 NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
We finish by bringing everything down. This final portion is designed to help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and into a deeply relaxed state.
*utilizes trauma informed care for aid in trauma release techniques

Massage. Mobility. Recovery.
