Hiatus was on the Go for the teachers today!! Had to do a pit stop for a session at the chiropractic office then off to show some appreciation. Took longer than I thought it would😅, but definitely enjoyed being out of my 4 walls.

I’ve kinda been radio silent and lurking in the background of the social media world lately. Popping in here and there to respond to messages and referrals.
Meanwhile I am still working with patients/clients. I have also been working on me! Self Care will always be a priority for my clients and myself!
What have I been up to?
Working out and trying my best to maintain healthy eating habits. These past few weeks I’ve been noticing positive things about my body mechanics as I service my clients. Hardly any aches and pains along with more range of motion. I gotta keep this up to keep up with you!
I’m also still working on my Doula Certification among others to be the best at what I do. For now, I’ll be adding and making changes to my pre- and postnatal services to test out a few things that’ll focus on my mommies out there. Extra life needs extra care!!
I’m so excited for what’s to come!!
