For me, they are all about me protecting my overall being (spiritual, mental and physical)

Remember, we teach people how to treat us 💯

What boundaries matter most to you??

My biggest work boundary is being respected. If there is no respect, I won’t be able to work with, on or for you ✅

My personal boundary is the value of my time and happiness. If something doesn’t bring me happiness or it is time not well spent, I’m out ✌🏽

My spiritual boundaries run deep and can be summed up in one word, RESPECT 🙏🏽 (that could be a a whole podcast episode or TedTalk for me, lol) Everyone wants to feel loved and respected 👆🏽
