We all want full, thriving, healthy, and hydrated hair right? Well the only way to fully get to that level you have to take care of it. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE DONE IN MODERATION! Which means over doing the quote on quote PROTECTIVE STYLES more than doing styles with your real hair WILL BE damaging in the long run.
You never want to be the girl that have to wear the hair extensions be the one that chooses to wear it!!
You can come up with protective styles with your own hair instead of adding extensions. I know it takes work I do it on my hair every week but you have to look at the big picture! DO YOU WANT HEALTHY HAIR OR THIN/TRACTION ALOPECIA, in the words of Rocko “THE CHOICE IS YOURS”😉😉
